Best for: support and partnership during more complex transitions requiring powerful strategic goal setting, or in a stage of kicking off significant change.

Fee: $185 per month
Best for: Clients working through significant changes such as launching a new business, significant relationship transitions due after losing a spouse or changing industries, wanting to work on multiple goals over a longer period.

- Pre-arranged coach shadowing is available (local clients only) or prep (interviews, business pitches, etc.).
What is a Positive Shift?
Mastering the ability to shift into a balanced emotional states that counteract the draining effects of stress is both simple and empowering. This coaching service recognizes that there are small things in a couple of specific area that becomes our focus and where unbalanced energy goes.
With a little practice, the shift can become as natural as changing gears while driving when those one or two challenges become overwhelming. Once a client learns techniques to shift those emotions that stress tends to reside, moving forward become managable on a day-to-day basis.
For example, you work a great job that matches your skills and you generally get along with your coworkers and clients. However, there are one or two coworkers that are the worst as they maybe condensing or conniving. If you spending more mental energy focused on that where it is affecting your work habits, you may want to consider this service.

Ok. So a positive shift helps positively adjust how to respond to situations and things around you. What is a major breakthrough and how do I know if I need one for my situation?
Think of a breakthrough as a lightbulb moment - a sudden shift in perspective that changes everything. Some breakthrough sessions can lead to surprising revelations, while others can help you uncover the root of your limiting beliefs and why certain triggers affect you the way they do. Breakthroughs often come with an "A-ha!" moment, where everything suddenly clicks into place and you see things in a whole new light.
For instance, if you've always been hesitant to start your own business because you've seen others fail, a breakthrough might help you realize that fear of failure is holding you back. While you may not have your business up and running in just a few months, you'll be more willing to take those first steps instead of letting fear paralyze you.
What is the rationale of signing up for 6 months of coaching if I've made a major breakthrough?
The shorter team coaching services tend to focus on one or two issues. 80% of my clients find that one they've focused on those areas and are excited by the changes they are seeing, they realize there are other areas of their lives they need insight and support. For example, several clients started off focusing on their career transition but realized that their personal relationships with significant others, children, or other family member needed some attention that couldn't be ignored. This help them to work on more areas of their lives at a reduced amount.
